I'm back!

Boston is such an incredible town... I absolutely love it there. My week was such an incredible high that I feel ike I am still hobering above the ground about two feet up in the air.... Amazing food, people, shopping, fun and excitement.

So often I think that I will never be published and I become so negative and down hearted thinking that my layouts and creations are just crap and n one really likes them.. Well, I guess that 's not entirely true, my family likes my stuff. We, to hake a long story shorter than long here goes.

I made a canvas collage of Tim Holtz thanking him for doing such a great job. He is a true artist and I have a lot of respect for him. I turned in my creation at the CKU registration/information table as required prior to the deadline and had tucked it in a manilla envelope so people wouldn't be checking it out and some Tim Holtz stalker wouldn't steal it. On Saturday while I was walking past the talbe, I noticed that the envie was there but that it was empty. I immediately thought that someone had ripped it off. But alas they hadn't and I won 1st place and a 50.00 gift certificate to CK. In all the excitement and getting ready for CKU and my trip I forgot to take a photo of my creation so I have email CK and Tim asking for an image to be emailed to me. I am praying that someone will get me a digital of it.

The trip was a blast and I was able to get a bunch of fun things for the kids...
